Studio Saint-Ouen

Welcome to Grand Paris!

During the summer, I joined 3 other creatives just outside of Paris, in a fantastic new workshop in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.

We are 4 artists: One architect and interior designer, one furniture and carpet-maker, one embroiderer, and one artist - myself.

This is my first time joining an art studio and I am thoroughly excited. Although I am not entirely sure how long I still stay, or what I am supposed to do during this time, I am also applying for residencies, grants, competitions - the whole plethora.

I know that I need to make the most of the extra space and also creative atmosphere that the studio represents for me, but it is very hard to juggle consulting, teaching and also art, all at once. This is going to be the main challenge these next two years, but I will find the right balance!
