Bobby Dowler @ VIE Projects, Paris
So - after a surprise appearance from Bobby during our Week 6 class - I returned from Geneva and went to visit his show at 55 Boulevard Beaumarchais, 75003 Paris, just up the road from my place.
It was fantastic to interact with the show, as well as to meet the teams responsible for the curation, production, communication, and so on.
I was surprised to realise that there were so many activities in one building (architect’s office, publishing house, art studio, art gallery, and more) - just a few minutes from me.

This therefore motivated me to meet with the teams and suggest that we have a longer chat about potentially planned a show together in 2026, as if we did not already have enough planned.
Planning (another) next show
Main learning from going to see Bobby? That is is wonderful to meet someone who has “come out the other side” full of smiles and shows - I am excited for what is to come, even though I do not quite understand how to get there! Next adventure, new learnings.
