This blog post is pure appreciation for the 23 minutes of snow we experienced in Paris last night. Nothing more, nothing less.

I also met several interesting new artists, curators, and generally fantastic creative people, BUT THAT DOESN’T MATTER, because it snowed.

To be a bit serious as well, some good art networking happened this weekend, and also made me realised that I need to apply to residencies as there are several open calls going.

The main one I was recommend by Sofia, an artist currently showing at Bourse de Commerce is Cité des Arts - this particular open call.

Now that I know someone who has done it, swears by it, and knows the teams - that’s good!

Also, went to a very exciting show “Hair Peace” by Frédéric Monceau, a friend, at La Caserne Paris, one of the spaces I would like to work with next year, organising a new show with the class.

(Peek-a-Boo Martina!)

Conclusion:

I am presenting to Maeva Bessis (Queen of La Caserne) on Friday.

Wish me luck. Shall update.
